Case study (for both Assignments 03 and 04): MoneyForYou is a company offering mobile money services with their customer base mainly being rural customers in Limpopo and Mpumalanga provinces of South Africa. Its service essentially is an e-wallet system that allows for sending and receiving of payments, topping up of airtime, and making online purchases through a virtual account that is linked to a mobile phone sim card and number. MoneyForYou has recently noticed some opportunities related to providing access to healthcare services for its customers, and it would like to adjust its strategy to allow clients options to access healthcare services of trusted providers, and payment of these services using their e-wallets. For MoneyForYou to be able to enter this market, it wishes to partner with HealthForAll, which provides support services for mobile money operators in the healthcare field. Essentially, HealthForAll has a network of accredited and trusted suppliers and service providers and operates on a payment token system that can be integrated with an e-wallet system. MoneyForYou wants to create a dedicated unit that will deal with the registration of customers for healthcare solutions. This would result in activation, for a registered client, of a healthcare option functionality on the MoneyForYou app, and integration between the MoneyForYou systems and the HealthForAll systems to allow for the exchange of money for healthcare tokens and payments. MoneyForYou also wants to extend its call centre functionality to allow for healthcare-related enquiries to be dealt with through a dedicated line. Create a model using ArchiMate and the ArchiTool and submit it for assessment. This includes the following: · Model the case study in ArchiTool using ArchiMate · Identify and describe stakeholder needs · Use the stakeholder views and viewpoints that you prepared in Assignment 03 to create an appropriate EA model using ArchiMate. This includes one stakeholder that would have an interest in the overall picture (for example, strategic management and leadership), one stakeholder that has an interest in software and applications and one stakeholder that has an interest in the infrastructure. 3.10. Assignment 04 report layout and structure Your report must consist of a narrative in plain English of the model that you created. First give an overview of the problem space (i.e., the situation being modelled) and then proceed to describe each stakeholder in terms of their informational needs. Do the reporting narrative in plain (but professional) English. Remember that your report is addressed to the stakeholders and not Enterprise Architects.
