A venturi meter installed in a horizontal pipe 50 mm in diameter (location 1) has a throat diameter of 20 mm (location 2) (see Figure below). The pressure head ((P)/(\rho g)) is measured to be 500 mm at the location 1 and 310 mm at the location 2 (throat) from piezometer. The flowing fluid in pipe is water at 25\deg C with a density of 997k(g)/(m^(3)). The experimental coefficient (C_(v))(m^(3))/(s) (m)/(s) =9.81(m)/(s^(2)) V_(2)=C_(v)\sqrt((2(P_(1)-P_(2)))/(\rho (1-((A_(2))/(A_(1)))^(2)))) NOTE THAT: A_(1)=(\pi D_(1)^(2))/(4)
