An HOA (Hand-Off-Auto) circuit for controlling two pumps/motors in a drum .This circuit enables automatic control based on the drum's fluid levels, with manual and remote control options via DCS (Distributed Control System). The pumps start at 15% and stop at 55% drum levels, with a 3-phase motor and 460V power supply.The two pumps service the same Drum. One is redundant. Draw a cicuit diagram for this operation.
