Background You are working for a fast food restaurant to create a kiosk ordering system. There are three roles of users: Customer, Counter Staff and Data Analyst. Customers place orders for food. The Counter Staff fulfills the orders. Data Analysts download order data to analyze. Restaurant Ordering System When a customer places an order it consists of starting an order, adding an item to the order (which can happen multiple times), completing the order (this includes paying for it). The Counter Staff sees open orders on a screen that they can refresh. Once they fulfill an order that closes it in the system which removes it from the screen.
