Below is the state transition diagram for the above output table. What I'm stuck figuring out is what LA2 and LB2 are. Notice how LA2 and LB2 both have a 1 on the “RESET” row for the output table. How do I write the equation for LA2, LB2? I wrote LA0 as an example since it is easy. It is just S1 so (not S3, not S2, not S1, S0) which is just S0 since we ignore the nots. Please give a detailed explanation, I would like to learn why. Thank you.
