a) Calculate stiffness matrices of the members

For the 2D plane truss shown in Figure Q-2, evaluate the following quantities: a) Calculate stiffness matrices of the members and assemble them to form the overall stiffness matrix of the structure taking E = 200 GPa and A = 3000 mm² for all members. Also calculate the nodal load vector of the structure. (12.5 Marks) b) Modify the structural stiffness matrix and the nodal load vector of the structure calculated in Question 2(a) in order to incorporate the boundary/support conditions using the technique of elimination of rows and columns. Form the governing matrix equation and solve it to calculate the nodal displacement vector.
