How about deleting "quality" care as that is too clinical to determine what constitutes "quality." In addition, and recommend in avoiding patient outcomes and satisfaction, which are clinical vs the goals of health services. Rather, is there a research gap to support focusing on capacity or capability of providing access to care. If so, what health service would support this? RQ: How do organizational factors in fertility clinics affect patient access to and satisfaction with infertility treatments in rural areas. Please help.
