I need to prepare a project for making fresh pasta and then prepare your food following your own project instructions. 1st step Prepare a flowchart and show me the steps of your project. (eg. 1.Purchasing - 2.Preparetion - 3.Cooking - 4.Eating) 2nd step Prepare a work breakdown structure and a resource plan for the work breakdown structure ( eg. 1.1 Purchasing kitchenware 1.2 Supermarket purchases 1.3 Special ingridients). If you need to branch the main works you need to show it all on the WBS (check the book for examples) 3rd step Show me the process times for each job, use alpha distributions calculation method to calculate them. Use the best, worst and expected times from your earlier experience (your first pasta) 4th step Prepare an AON flowchart, then calculate forward pass and bachward pass. 5th step Draw the Gannt Charts 6th step After you have everything in documents (your first 5 steps will be in your presentations) cook the pasta for the second time. While cooking the pasta for the second time take pictures. And take a picture of your final product cooked just before you eat and hopefully the empty plate after you eat. 7th step Write an analysis for the comparison of your two cooking experiences. FIRST COOKING is from a video of your choice, but the SECOND COOKING is from your project not from a video. In the final, you will bring a document of your project in paper and you will make a presentation of your project, with the pictures you have taken.
