7.3. The CMCs of several single-chain lipids are:
lauroyl PC 7.0\times 10^(-4) molar
myristoyl PC 7.0\times 10^(-5) molar
palmitoyl PC 7.0\times 10^(-6) molar
After determining the number of carbons for each hydrocarbon
chain, use Eq. (7.6) to find the nominal surface tension \gamma of the
hydrocarbon region at T=300K (see Table B.1). For simplicity, take
the lipid mass to be 500 Da throughout.
