Project Group 1: Inviscid Flow in a Converging - Diverging Nozzle
Air flows through a converging - diverging nozzle. At inlet???????

Project Group 1: Inviscid Flow in a Converging - Diverging Nozzle Air flows through a converging - diverging nozzle. At inlet, the gauge pressure is 3 bar while at outlet the pressure is zero. The flow in this C-D nozzle is assumed as inviscid flow. Using ANSYS-Fluent show the mesh. This mesh should be fine around the throat and relative coarse away from this throat. Furthermore, simulate the pressure and Mach Number distribution, the velocity profile at the throat and the velocity vector distribution along the C-D nozzle. Use the Density-Based solver, steady-state and the Energy equation must be activated and inviscid for momentum equation. Use the ideal gas equation for density and the Sutherland's Formula for viscosity. Additionally, consider the atmospheric pressure as outlet boundary condition.
