Question 4 ( 4 points) Consider the incline shown in the figure with inclination angle \( \theta \) and height \( h \). The coefficient of kinetic friction between a block of mass \( m \) and the incline changes along its surface. From point \( A \) to \( B \) it has a value of \( \mu_{1} \), and from B to \( \mathrm{C} \) its value is \( \mu_{2} \) (the point \( \mathrm{C} \) indicates the top of the incline, point \( \mathrm{B} \) is in \( 2 / 5 \) of the hight of the incline). The block (not shown on the picture below) is given an initial velocity up the incline at point \( A \) with a magnitude \( v_{A} \). What is the minimum value of \( v_{A} \) needed for the block will reach the top of the incline (point \( \mathrm{C} \) )?
