2x. crente 64k×16 bit memory vsing ????32k×16 bit 16k×8 bit (x2)32k×4 bit (x2)?210?25=2138?43.2? Totnl P.A bits =26?210?24=220 Col select =20?16=4 \begin{tabular}{|lc|c|} \hline \multicolumn{2}{|c|}{ row } & col \\ \hline 20 & ? & 4(3)210 \end{tabular}
Construct a 64K×16 bit memory device using exactly one 32K×16 bit, two 16K×8 bit and two 32K×4 bit memory chips. You may also use any number of logic gates (AND, OR, NOT, NAND, NOR), decoders and multiplexers you wish. Your memory device will have inputs: Address [15:0], DataIn [15:0], WriteEnable and output: Data0ut [15:0]. Each individual memory chip has Address, DataIn, and WriteEnable inputs and DataOut outputs. Each of the chips given below corresponds to the list of chips you can use. Draw any other circuitry you need inside the box. Be sure to clearly mark all connections and show bit-widths for all signals.
