Whenever Kim takes her dog, George, to the vet, she drives him in HER car, not her husband's. Usually George is fine going in the car (any car, really) and even doesn't mind going to the vet, but now he is sick and he has to receive painful procedures. Kim has had to bring George numerous times for these procedures which make him quite upset. After about a week of going back and forth to the vet, George now runs away in fear every time he sees the car. It happens even when Kim is just taking him for a walk and passes by her car on the driveway.
