NEW AIRPORT IT SYSTEM

  • In this new system, the first step, passenger to the getthe RFID bracelet at the automated kiosk, This ATM typemachine has face recognition cameras, finger-print reader andconnection to DMV and IRS to authenticate the passenger and updatethe Airport database. This is the only step where passenger willstop and wait for the machine to put the RFID bracelet onhis/her wrist. Then, passenger with RFID bracelet neverstops until seating in the aircraft. For entry points (eachterminal) ;
  • 15 new desktop computers going to be used.
  • There will be 5 face recognition cameras
  • 3 finger-print recording stations
  • 5 customer RFID readers (captures the identification of thecustomer in the airport) to make sure passenger goes to the correctgate.
  • One Centralized database will record and authenticate eachpassenger in the airport terminal.
  • New data network to connect all sections (terminals) to themain database.
  • New data network to connect airport IT system to the otherexternal IT system for proper ID and payment ( i.e. credit cardcompanies)

  • Start construction/renovation new airport entry sections for ITSystem ( all terminals )
